According to the agency, Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Robert Nkedmiche has signed with VaynerSports for both his on-field and off-field representation. The second-year defensive end was previously represented by Impact Sports, per spotrac.
Drafted 29th overall in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Cardinals, the Georgia-native was a five-star recruit out of high school and the consensus number one overall player in the nation. After originally committing to Clemson, he backed out of his non-binding agreement and signed with Ole Miss on National Signing Day in 2013. As one of the most highly touted recruits in Ole Miss history, he joined his brother Denzel on the Rebels’ defense.
Nkemdiche joined a veteran defensive front in Arizona. Half way through his second NFL season he has appeared in eight games. “We have just begun to see Robert reach his full potential on the field. When you think of a true athletic specimen, you think Robert Nkemdiche. As an NFL agent you feel blessed to have the ability to help shape and support your clients NFL careers, and that could not be more true when it comes to my relationship with Rob,” said Thomas Sims, NFL Certified Agent and Executive Vice President of Football Operations.
He joins VaynerSports’ growing roster of NFL clients which includes Texans wide receiver Braxton Miller, Broncos center Matt Paradis, Titans linebacker Derrick Morgan, and Lions linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin. For more on the emerging agency, visit its website here.
