Artery Global Talent Agency Creates AG Sports

According to a press release, Artery Global Talent agency has announced its expansion into the sports representation with a new division – AG Sports.

Artery Global represents and helps artists achieve their career goals, by “applying the experience, expertise and empathy accumulated through multiple collective years in the music and touring business.”

The new division will be led by A’lon Santiago, Sammy David and Daryl Jacobs, three of the industry’s rising stars. The team of agents will represent professional athletes in a variety of sports. According to AG founder Trevor Swenson, AG Sports “plans to revolutionize the world of professional sports management with their innovative approach to catering to the needs of their clients by working as a close-knit group in a team environment.”

Santiago serves as the VP of Player Acquisitions – West Coast. He has previously worked as a liaison with the Seattle Sounders and Seattle Mariners. He has also worked with professional baseball, basketball, football and soccer players, according to his company bio.

David is the VP of Player Acquisitions – Midwest. A barred lawyer in the state of Illinois, David aims to help clients reach their maximum potential on and off the field. The son of a long-time sports agent, he brings contract negotiation experience and previous industry experience to AG Sports.

Jacobs is the VP of Player Acquisitions – East Coast and brings an extensive background in coaching to AG Sports. He has experience as a DI men’s and professional color analyst.

After launching in 2013, Artery Global has expanded to more than 30 employees with two offices that cater to roughly 400 bands worldwide. The creation of the AG Sports division aims to make a splash in the industry and comes on the heels of the company’s new music division, AG Music.
