Quinton Rose announced his desire to enter the NBA Draft through an emotional post via twitter on April 28,2020. The Rochester native said in his post to Temple fans “I’m forever grateful to be a Temple Owl. With my family behind me, I am excited to take the next step in my career by signing with ROC Nation Sports and entering the 2020 NBA Draft”.
Rose finished his collegiate career with averaging an impressive 16.4 points per game as a senior. Rose is the all-time American Conference leader in made field goals and dawned an impressive average of 1.8 steals per game over his Owls career. He was named second team All-AAC.
Projections has fluctuated for Rose across different draft boards, but he is expected to be selected somewhere in the second round. The NBA Draft is now scheduled for June 25th in Brooklyn, NY.
