Excel Sports Management Hires Parker Cain As Full-Time NIL Marketing Agent

Parker Cain, former Vice President of Marketing at ISE, has joined Excel Sports management as a Marketing Agent for Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) representation clients. He will be leading talent recruitment and marketing endorsement efforts for Excel’s NIL representation roster. He will be working out of Excel’s Los Angeles offices.

Cain will be joining Excel with nearly ten years of industry experience. In his previous position at ISE, he led all talent sponsorship and brand strategy efforts across their football and basketball divisions. He secured a number of high-profile partnerships, including Killian Hayes’ PUMA deal that saw Hayes become the first ever French basketball ambassador for the brand.

“The NIL landscape is vast and changing rapidly, which makes it rife with opportunities for college athletes to build personal brands and maximize earnings through exciting and unique partnerships,” said Cain. “Excel’s approach is unique in that the agency is the only one building a dedicated NIL practice and I am looking forward to helping these athletes build strong foundations for the rest of their college careers and beyond.”

Excel has made some major announcements since the beginning of NIL signings including high school basketball phenom Mikey Williams, Georgia track star Matthew Boling, Indiana University basketball player Tamar Bates, Marcus Bagley from Arizona, Kofi Cockburn from Illinois, and Stanford women’s golfer Rachel Heck.
